Default Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!

A slabbed Scottish note, it should be a hanging offence.

As the printing of Scottish notes is of a very high standard I would not
have thought that a 65 grade, whatever that is, is anything to get excited
about, it's not as if it was printed 100 years ago.

At least the staring price is low. Billy

We should found the SNLA, Scottish Note Liberation Army.

I'll stick to Scottish for a bit longer even if prices are high and
unmolested notes are getting more difficult to find.

The Royal's Gogarburn commemorative £50's are doing very well on ebay, I'm
still waiting for my two to arrive from the bank. Billy

My only problem with Scottish banknotes is the ridiculous prices lately.
Plus I think the Royal Bank has been especially bad about flooding the
market with commemoratives, ala Jack Nicklaus on the fiver lately.
Everytime I see those things I want to puke.

I think they should stick to important events, ie QEI's 50th anniversary on
the throne(she must have really had to go aye?) and the Queen Mum. Next
will be the 42nd anniversary of the ATM commemorative.

How did you find out about the ATM commemorative as it's supposed to be a
secret. :-) Billy
