Is it hard to replace a 1100 Pilister?
I assume we are talking about a repro plastic set. The outer plastics seem too
wide to go in. I heat them with a hair dryer and flex them a little to get them in. When you hear the "POP" and if your heart is still beating, they will be in place or in two pieces. Good luck, Ed |

Yes, I seem to remember it being a bit of a tight fit; I had to sand the
edges on some of them to get them back in. The inners I think were the tighter fit. ############### Do you have to remove a lot of the stuff on the door to get it in ? BG |

I had to look at my door to jog my memory; it was indeed the outboard
plastics that were a tight fit, not the inboards. I had my door fully disassembled when I reinstalled mine. I do remember having to bevel the edge with my high speed grinder to get it to go in. Also, seems like I had two or three putty knives involved as well. Take your time with it : ) "BillKirch" ****spam wrote in message ...
