All restored plays 45`s ... I notice not every time but often it will slam the record tray out and in . Mostly the first top few . It whacks hard enough to knock the record out of its tray . What do i do ?

Ihave a Seeburg USC-1 and have the problem of scanning twice and stopping. I am getting a low reading on the 27 volt power of about 25 to 25.5 volts.
