Hallmark Grading Service?

Here's one I have yet heard of:

PCI bought them out and switched to using their slabs. If you notice,
that is the slab PCI still uses. Their grading was pretty accurate, the
same as the early PCI.

Hallmark was pre PCI and was purchased by PCI..... or wait, was it that
PCI purchased all of hallmarks left over supplies and equipment?

Hallmark Grading Srvice went out of business a long time ago. They were in
business about a year or two. Q. David Browers, I believe, was one of the
owners of this grading service.
