Help needed to identify the Canal Zone stamp scott# 164a.
What is the color of the tag under a UV light?

Green.
Have you ever seen one of these on a cover?
An article from Stamp Collector a few years back claimed there was
only one known. With my two, I guess I have the market cornered.
