Default United States Stamp similar to #2 question

I have acquired a US stamp that looks (to me) identical to US Stamp
#2, however it is a red-orange in color. The color is very similar to
the 1851 3c Ben Franklin issue, but slightly more orange.

It is imperforate. What do I have?

Good idea. My camera is a little lousy and doesn't have a macro mode
so this isn't the best, but there is a Ben Franklin next to it for
color reference. Here is a link to the picture.

Interesting. Thanks so much! I was searching all over for various
"reprint" type things and couldn't find it.

Hi
It looks like the 10 cent value cut from Scott' 948, Centenary
International Philatelic Exposition sheet issued in 1947.
