A question about selling some Swiss Francs
I have 250 ChFr, they are in near UNC condition. Today's official
rate for 250 is $246.00 I realize the exchange bureaux will not give me that however when I called to find out they will give me 214.95 for my francs minus a commission of 5.95 making my total $209.00. My question is would it be better to sell them on Ebay? I know there are fees for listing and I am sure they charge a commission as well. PayPal will want a cut I am sure but do you know if all of that will come out to $36.00 more or less. I see a lot of offers for currencies on Ebay but I've never bought or sold there, so I am not sure how it works. Can anyone help me out with some answers. Thanks much Nick |
