CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OR GIVE ME ADVICE?
My friend has a STATE QUARTER of VIRGINIA that was misprinted or
misstamped. We would like to know if it is worth anything at all? If so how much and how could she collect on it if she decided to sell it? Thank you.

Need more info... What about it is misprinted/misstamped? How about posting a picture in abpn?
