Honest ebay seller.
There are not enough of them but the note description includes,
"In all probability the banknote has been SOAKED AND PRESSED." http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SCOTLAN-P-319c...temZ8330155269 Many others on ebay are in a similar condition but it's seldom mentioned. Billy
