leather book care/restoration
Is there a recommended method of care for new, leather bound books?
Also, wondering if there may be a product for restoring dry and faded leather bindings? Thanks. Greg |

In bible-type bindings, e.g.. leather binding with no boards, it's
recommended to apply a little neat's-foot oil occasionally; and I assume that would be the same for a leather hb. This will maintain the leather, but I haven't tried oiling an old book. ron "Greg" wrote in message ... Is there a recommended method of care for new, leather bound books?
