OMT1015/CD - two left zeroes blinking
Dominic Tiberio Wrote in message:
Thanks again, I haven't been able to take it all apart to check the IC yet. I do have one question though, I have unplugged the IR module and the External speaker from the amplifier and the red "Mute" LED is still lit. How do I turn that off? I can't seem to find any docs or info on the compact amplifier that is in my unit anywhere online. -- ----Android NewsGroup Reader---- http://usenet.sinaapp.com/ |

If it is there are a couple on the scc responsible for receiving toc info. You can check at appropriate connections in interface box to look for toc pulses when juke is trying to read the cd. If u get pulses there then player, optocoupler and cd control are probably ok. Sopposedly mute is controlled by k6 switch, i think. You probably have I-84 amp. Johns site does have some info, check his file that says "not for early 90's". It also has 22 in the title. I have a bunch of docs that should be applicable to cdm3 based units, especially if ur scc is the 2500 model as u indicated earlier. I have late model cdm4s which is very similar to cdm3. In fact I had to use a combo of cmdm3, cdm4s and cdm12/pro doc to get a good idea of what my unit has. Let me know ifwhat u need and I'll ty to help.
