Any citizen of the US can lodge complaints against anyone for
violation of Federal law. Just like anyone in the country can file
complaints of tax evasion in Pennsylvania, as well as with the
IRS...as you're sure soon to find out.

I've been away for awhile...what's going on? Oh right, that
stuff above. Well Bob, I gotta say - are you sure you spoke to the IRS about
Trip? Seems to me they are taking their sweet time about chasing after him.
Maybe he isn't the Mr. Big you are envisioning? Course it is the Federal
government, maybe they can not locate PA on the map. Or maybe it is like in
the movies and they are trying to build up the suspense.
NP - (on my Tanglewood 55T7)....Ian & Sylvia and The Great Speckled Bird
"You Were On My Mind" Columbia TC8 CA-31337. Having the word "Tangle" in the
name of an 8 Track player seems like an unsound marketing idea.

Boob's a little sore lately WWW- rumor has it, his account priviledges
on the world marketplace got axed

could be that 2 years of auction harassment caught up with him ?? I
dunno...

but he's mighty testy lately, he started posting sob stories on the
Ebay Groups in Usenet, begging for new friends to cry on their
shoulders.

Noodles had his account on eBay suspended, then, as retribution, he
had mine shut down. Now, Noodles is worried about trademark
infringement, on top of his other crimes.

They'll get to him. Bush's IRS is going after the "little guy"
instead of small businesses and corporations as part of his "screw the
little guy" policies.

It is surprising news if Ebay is actually becoming serious about
policing it's rules.

They police them only to benefit their frauding sellers, not to
protect buyers. Frauding sellers help their growth picture, thereby
boosting their stock price. It's an Enron in the making.
