Default Steroe to mono wiring layout

Hi,
I've done some group research but am still not 100% so perhaps one of
you guys/gals out there can simply state how to wire a stereo
cartridge for a mono amp.
I have a mono jukebox that uses a Shure M44c (I think) and it has on
the back 4 pins to connect to the amp, one is gounded to the case of
the cartridge. So in laymans terms, what pins connect to what when
using this to drive a mono amp? Based on Top Left, top right, bottom
left and bottom right when viewed from the rear stylus at the bottom
Many thanks all
Shaun
