Default Resistors

I have a Wurlitzer 2310 and need some help with resistors. I need to
replace a defective resistor in my selector mech (push button
assembly). It is a 5 watt 85 ohm resistor. My problem is I can only
find an 82 ohm 5 watt resistor. My question is will it be ok to use
it, or do I need to find an 85 ohm? My electrical background is very
limited and I can't seem to find any help locally. Sam

You should be fine. Most large wattage resistors have a 5% tolerance, @ 82
ohm your in the ball park.

Good luck!
