WTB: Wurlitzer 2200 remote volume and cancel parts

Hi all,
I need what ever pieces are needed to add remote volume and cancel to
my wurly 2200. I know for sure I need the plug in relay box, but what
else do I need and does anyone here have them for sale or know where to
try? Thank you, Rick.
