Maybe, although I seem to have quoted quite accurately. And he's also right
in that I ALWAYS attrtibute incorrect delusions to him. I can't take credit
for them, tho ... they're always his incorrect delusions.

Fortunately I don't see them all that often.

Did Phil catch his spelling/grammar error, or is he "off duty" for
..composters? Ah, just curious.

Big difference. The HPA says size matter, that 3" or larger is ok.
