In an effort to produce a program with more consistent earnings for members
in Network Marketing, Players Authentic Direct (PAD) has enlisted the input
of more than 75 of the top producers in the industry. These leaders are at
the top of their game and have provided valuable insight to us.
This has enabled PAD to create a long-term financially rewarding program
that will eliminate the most common problems found in Network Marketing
organizations.

During this study we found the following:

1.. The fastest growing, most appealing programs are programs with a
"fast" compensation plan. When we say "fast" compensation plan, we simply
mean a compensation plan that provides a substantial income quickly. They
focus on quick return but rarely have a legitimate product, and therefore
don't have the stamina to sustain a long-term income.

2.. Traditional programs which have a high focus on a legitimate retail
product typically take much longer to build significant earnings and with "I
want it now" mentality of our day and age, most members have a short
attention span, thus resulting in them jumping to the next "Latest,
Greatest, Fast" compensation plan.

The problem is that when the new Latest and greatest is not so great
anymore, they are back to square one with the traditional program.
Now, think for a moment; what if there were a program, which had a "Fast"
compensation plan with a legitimate product. The product had no competition
in the network marketing industry.
