FS: Pre-WWII Shelf Sitter from Japan
If you like the look of older, pre-WWII porcelain, please take a look at
this wonderful Oriental shelf sitter. It's a planter, 5" tall and 4" wide. Unmarked but probably pre-WWII Japan. Soft colors and a nice glaze finish. Shelf sitters, in general, didn't survive for many years due to the frequency of breakage. This delicate piece is in VG-excellent condition - no chips, hairlines, etc. A lovely addition to your shelf or Oriental collection. http://www.mamierich.com/dorothy.htm -- Please visit us at Mamie's Rich Memories for More Antiques & Collectibles http://www.mamierich.com |
