Thank you for your continued effort in making people aware of these fakes.

I too have been trying to educate others on how to spot these fakes.

There seems to be more effort being put into the gold coins now.

I'd love to see some more stuff online about gold fakes. I had heard
that most of the good-metal gold fakes were melted down for their
bullion when the price of gold shot up as high as it did around 1980,
given that the numismatic premium of many gold coins isn't that great.
But this wouldn't apply to early gold coins or rarer newer dates, and
it wouldn't of course stop forgers from continuing to make this stuff.
