Could somebody tell me more about the following? Indian conventional, I
think.

Can't make out any State name, but it's probably from Rajasthan.
Maybe Jaipur - there's a lot of this sort of material from Jaipur in
the market.

I realise that it isn't obvious but I think the item is upside-down.
In Indian languages the symbols come down from the line.
Also, the imprint to left looks like Urdu (Arabic script
