Can buying patterns e.g., bids, selling prices, etc. in Ebay book
categories be "good barometers" for determining how well given
categories of books will sell; on online services such as Abebooks,
Amazon, etc.?

What are time durations of how long it would take books with "limited
popularity" to sell on Abebooks, Amazon?

The problem with that is that when I ask for book sales in New Jersey,
half of the ones they list are in other states (including Missouri and
Arizona!)
