Got my FIRST 2006 coin in change today!
Got 4 2006-D Lincoln Cents today. I'd give 3 of them an MS64, and one
has great fields. Maybe a 65. I'm at work, so no pictures. |

Reverend Pope wrote: Got 4 2006-D Lincoln Cents today. I'd give 3 of them an MS64, and one has great fields. Maybe a 65. I'm at work, so no pictures. I was at the bank today looking for 2006 nickels (no luck) and was explaining to the teller that I trade coins with another collector (RCC guy) on the west coast because he can't find P mintmarks and I can't find D mintmarks. To prove the point, I pulled some change out of my pocket, and you guessed it! 2006-D Lincoln cent. Think this is the first time I found a Denver mintmark coin before a Philadelphia. Oh, and I also told her to keep her eyes open for the Nevada quarters, of which she was totally unaware. Well, they were only released 2 days ago and didn't really expect to find them yet, but I also didn't expect to find a 2006-D cent either. |
