Looking for doll

I had this doll when I was about 3 in 1980. It was a little doll with blonde
hair and she came with this little round house that had a little hole to put
her on top and then you put this skirt over the house and it looked like she
was wearing a big skirt. Does anyone remember this? I can't remember her name
and would appreciate if someone could tell me.
