Scans of Scottish notes needed

To illustrate an article in the IBNS Journal on Sir Walter Scott, I am
looking for scans of:

British Linen Bank's 5-pound note of 1962 (Pick 167a)
Bank of Scotland's 1-pound note of 10.8.1970 (Pick 111a)
Bank of Scotland's 5-pound note of 4.1.1995 (Pick 119a)

If you have any of these notes, I would greatly appreciate it if you would
please scan them at 100%, 300-dpi, save the images as uncompressed JPEG,
TIFF, or BMP files, and email same to me. I will be happy to include a
"Courtesy of YOUR NAME" alongside the images I use, and will send you a copy
of the journal in which the article appears.

So, at this point I still need a scan of Bank of Scotland's 5-pound note of
4.1.1995 (Pick 119a). If anyone else can help, I'd appreciate receiving
same.
