Probably one of the background music system models. Seeburg sold
categorized sets of records to go with these units to match the "mood" of the location (e.g., a piano bar, a restaurant, etc.). The player was non-selective; it simply looped through the stack of records, playing each in order until the machine was turned off. I don't remember if the units came with an internal amplifer or if they were intended to be connected to an outboard unit. I think they played at around 16 RPM. I worked on a couple an old boss had, but that was close to 20 years ago. There isn't a lot of interest in them, especially without a supply of records. -- Tony Joseph "Tony" Dziedzic In article , (Ken G.) wrote: This looks like a chrome and blue ``microwave oven`` What can you tell me about this ? |
