Not sure of who cobbled it together, but I'm pretty sure it's tube CD
player. Note the faux gold trim, the ridiculous rectifier and a pair
of probably 12AU7s sticking out of the top (to add "cachet" but
making it useless to fit in a standard EIA rack)) and the over-the-top
digital approximations of a real VU meter, useless on a CD player. The
drawer is probably below the track display, but the resolution of the
photo isn't good enough to be sure. The funniest part of this piece
of delusionary crap is the rack handles on the front, when it won't
even fit in a rack! What the "knob" on the front does is beyond me.
Note the "snake oil" interconnect cables on the back...a sure sign
that this thing is either owned by or being flogged to your average
"audiophool." Same goes for the "energy absorbing" feet, all but
useless on any CD player...unless yours happens to have microphonic
tubes in it!

I'd reckon than this piece of audio tomfoolery would probably go in
the $5K to $15K range...many such snake oil audio components do, and
many are laughable as far as performance is concerned when compared to
even your average stuff out there today. These things are marketed to
people with far more money than sense, and the buyer is usually
completely ignorant about audio or electronics...sort of like Charlie
Nudo, except he could never afford to play in this fool's
paradise...unless he found it in a dumpster.

Hey Noodles

Tell me something.

Do you get off on talking about yourself in a disrespectful way?I only
ask because you just described yourself to a T with what you said
above. You are only showing us that you are an idiot who thinks he's
the smartest person because he is at a computer passing stinky **** to
others who really don't want it and he doesn't care.

This just shows you that you have no self respect. If you had any self
respect, you wouldn't be doing this at the moment.

Keep it up,Noodles and you'll be sinking in a pile of your own ****
again.

It's the old Charlie Nudo/WebTv thing to bring a thread to the "top"
of the newsgroup. Also used to push another thread further down, like
an Ebay auction.

Yup...only Noodles was too stupid to understand how it works in the
real world, thinking that everything looks like "goo goo
groopz"...which is certainly doesn't.

Which is probably why he ignored the question that I asked him
above. He just doesn't like people asking him anything of that
sort, especially when it applies to him.I guess that this proves my
point about Noodles. He just can't handle the truth about himself and
he doesn't like it when people point out to him how MORONIC that he is
and how he has NO self-respect.If he did,he would not be doing the
stuff that he does in here nor would he treat us with disrespect.

That is the way the cookie crumbles,I suppose.

Need I say more?
