He may have run through a crowded airport terminal and leaped a bunch of suitcases though. Also, Bob does not appear to be of the negroid persuasion. Besides, wasn't OJ aquitted of murder by his peers?

That is probably one of the worst features of the US judicial system, that money buys freedom. Look at the "token" sentences handed down to the Enron crooks! After destroying thousands of lives and absconding with millions of dollars, 18 months??? I don't think so.
