The date is around 1880s. Here is a scan:

These things are called "Hundis" and are basically just a large tax stamp
that was printed at the top of the page, I have a couple of them and they
are rather more common than not. I don't have them imaged on
banknotebank.com yet as they are rather large and a pain to scan. Most
people subsequently cut the bottom part of the document off and discarded it
and kept the Hundi tax stamp.
