Any recommendations on the best parts source for a Wurlitzer OMT.
Specifically, I am looking for the florescent lamp ballast for the two
lower pilaster lamps. Thanks, Mark

Part number on the faulty ballast is D-36-22.2-3, which does not
correspond with any of the ballasts in the OMT parts list. Mark

I'll assume as soon as you install a new bulb, it flashes once then is
dead? That is the normal symptom of a bad ballast.

You should be able to find one in any hardware or lighting store. Check
the bulb for it's Watt rating and get a ballast to go with it. Put in a
new starter at the same time. Should cost $5 to $10.
