Default A game everyone can play

so for the Euro-zone
countries stamps before 1999 can't be used

Droger Jean-Paul wrote :
This is not right for FRANCE, we can continue to use most franc
stamps, except some (like stamps with Petain on) issued before 1950,
but we have to translate older francs in new francs and after this in
euros !

To illustrate what Jean-Paul writes, here is a cover I recently sent to
a friend in Canada
http://cjoint.com/?ALmmfYNgrRF
with a mix of stamps in Euro and in Francs.

You will, find here the full list of the 91 stamps which have been
demonetized (among 4600 stamps issued and still valid for postage)
