My first America the Beautiful Quarter
Gee! It is only December and already I've gotten my first America the
Beautiful quarter in change. It's a Yosemite P-mint received today at a McDonalds in Northern Virginia! Looking at the reverse, I can't help but think that a really nice design lost something by being shrunk to the size of a quarter. I am not impressed. -- Richard http://coins.richlh.com/MyCoinLinks.htm http://www.richlh.com Don't lament that the rose bush has thorns. Rejoice that the thornbush has roses. Someday, if I live right, maybe, just maybe, I'll find an ATB quarter in change after I find Territorial quarters in change. To this day I've still only seen two DC-Ps and one PR-P. SQs were a lot easier. Jerry |
