Andorra "official" euro set?

That diner/euro set is strange indeed. When I first read about it, I
also had the impression that it was issued by the Andorran Mint. Later I
heard that while the set of Andorran coins was issued by the Servei
d'Emissions, the distributor for the European market added the French
and Spanish 1 euro coins for marketing reasons.

Well, since the set was ¤ 75 or so, I was not terribly interested :-)
But as for how "official" this set is, guess the Servei d'Emissions
(E-Mail: ) can answer that question ...
