Vintage WWII Greyhound Bus War Effort Brochure, c.1942

This WWII brochure is published by Greyhound Bus Lines in 1942 and is
titled, (Know You Navy, Know Your Army). It is in excellent condition. The
brochure opens up to a large format (24 inches x 18 inches) that shows the
United Nations (their flag, country, population, area in square miles, and
date they entered the war), and a U.S. road map that shows the Greyhound Bus
line routes across the country. On the opposite side, the booklet highlights
in color, the U.S. Army insignia and chevrons (officer and enlisted),
different branches of the service, and all divisional patches. This side
also shows the same for the USMC and Navy, and a nice colorful layout of the
higher military decorations of the U.S. with a description of how these
medals are address and how to wear them. This side also has a description of
what Greyhound is doing to aid in the war effort. The brochure is dated,
(Copyright 1942, Greyhound Corp, Litho. in the U.S.). This is a nice
colorful brochure that is in excellent condition. There is only minor wear
at the edges due to age and handling. There are no tears at the folds.
