Return or Not to Return ? Blast White?

Won a couple of $1 modern commems. They were described as "blast
white". They arrived yesterday and instead of being "blast white"
they have an overall yellowish cast to them. Kind of annoying to me.

My question is,,, is it that tough to find modern commems that are
truly white? Or am I expecting too much? The ones I have bought
since 1999 are of course white. Trying to pick up some older ones
now.

The seller is awesome so I'm sure he will take them back. He has a 10
day return policy. I've bought other coins from him and never had a
problem. Has always been as described.

Too bad, besides the color, I do like them.

Ron, I have some commems proofs and uncirculated from the 1980's. I
sold a couple of others on eBay. The only one that showed any
alteration of the surface was a 1988 Olympic dollar. It has found
another home now.

If you prefer white coins, it would probably be good to return them.
*Or* you can save them if they are commemoratives that will increase
in value.

It's not at all hard to find blast white modern commems. Yellow is
icky -- I'd return them.
