Belay the request.
I Googled.

Snip.....
Both stamps are part of the Fourth Bureau Issue, meaning the
fourth series of stamps produced for the US Post Office Department by
the Treasury Department's Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The Fourth
Bureau Issue first appeared in 1922, although these two particular
stamps came later, and it remained in use through the late 1930s. The
series is popular among specialists in US stamps, as it contains a
multiplicity of varieties and sub-varieties to keep even the most
die-hard collector busily happpy for years upon years.

Those are the stamps that I toss in my bureau drawer,
until I have time to put them in my album. 38*P

What will you do when your bureau is full? I have nearly reached that
stage, but the trouble is that I find getting new stamps is far more
interesting than mounting them

I also find that the more gaps I fill, the more new ones that seem to be
created. Does anybody else suffer from this affliction?

Roger

PS I fully agree with the sentiment of the OP, although the description of
the item in question is surely over the top and makes me wonder if the
auctioneer previously worked as an estate agent.
