Iron man gets another neg

I mentioned him in a previous thread titled "a seller to avoid".

This ebay seller who ironed 69 Scottish notes that he bought from a
recent Spink auction and then sold them on ebay at higher grades, at a
loss mainly I'm glad to say, has got another negative, here it is with
his reply,

He is a charmer isn't he, he claims that he is right and the Bank of
England is wrong, amazing.

I managed to get him a mention, not by name, in the August edition of
Coin News magazine, UK.

He will now find it very difficult now to sell notes to UK members of
the IBNS. Billy
