Default newbie requests some advice

hello,

I have inherited an old doll. It's at least 100 yrs. old, movable limbs
(elbow and knees, too), made in Germany, bisque head, have original
box, original wig, shoes and dress, tho rather yellow and probably
would not withstand even a gentle washing.

What's my best means of learning its value? Antique dealer? Doll
hospital? Doll collector magazine?

Thanks very much
