Scott Catalog Help

While I,m saving my money for a new Scott Classical Catalog, could one kind
person help me with two current CV's :
Albania J35-J38 unused not NH
Thailand 223-224 unused not NH

Most libraries will have Scott's in the reference section.

Most libraries don't carry the Scott Classical [sic] Catalog. On the
other hand, Albanian J35-38 were issued too recently to be in my 2002
edition of the Scott Classic Catalogue.

I don't know if I qualify as one kind person, but I do happen to have Scott
2002 Volume 6 Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue checked out of the library.

It says:

Thailand #223, 10s on 12s black and olive brown King Chulalongkorn with red
or blue surcharge, is $5 unused.
..
Thailand #224, 25s on 28s red brown King Chulalongkorn with blue surcharge,
is $17 unused.
..
The note following these two entries says: "Set, never hinged $30.00".
