Default Civil War Cover

The Badger Stamp Club of Madison, Wis., is offering a cacheted cover in conjunction with the Civil War theme of WISCOPEX '12 to be held on April 15. The multicolored set of two cachets depict Camp Randall (Madison, WI) in 1862, when it was Wisconsin's major military camp for training volunteer soldiers. The pictorial cancel features Confederate and Union flags. Covers are franked with a single 2011 USPS Civil War stamp. To view a mock-up of the covers, go to www.wfscstamps.org/Clubs/Badger.shtml.

To order, send $3 each ($6 set) to Curt Shawkey, 610 Malvern Hill Dr., Madison, WI 53718. Include a No. 10 SASE and make checks payable to Badger Stamp Club.
