Great Guy - Warren Rowe, El Monte, CA

I'm a juke box rookie with just one machine (Seeburg 100C) and no clue
how to repair a problem I was having. The only names of service people
in Southern CA taht I could find were Mike Zuccaro and Warren Rowe.
(Are there others who do house-calls?) Anyways, I started with Mike
who was kind enough to pass me on to Warren. Warren is not in the
business of making house calls so when he heard my dissappointment, he
sat with me on the phone and explained to me how to make a couple minor
repairs. How cool is that?! No hard sell to get me to bring in my
machine. No attitude about having no time to help me out. No acting
as if it's impossible to help me over the phone. Just an anonomous
good dead for someone he may never meet. It made my day. Thank you.
