Thanks, dude. I haven't checked it out yet, but it sure sounds worth looking at, and I certainly will. This might mean we can get more use out of those old Esterbrooks. Yeah, thanks for posting a link to (some very rare) useful information from FPN. |

When I tried my nib set, I found that those with a cylinder hold more ink than those that have the basic curve where the nib is inserted into the holder. As a result, I used only the former and not the latter because I have to dip too often to suit me. With a coil, the good ones should be better and those I don't like might be okay. All I have to do is get some wire, but...hmm, don't I already have some someplace? -- ~~Bluesea~~ Spam is great in musubi, but not in email. Please take out the trash before sending a direct reply. |

Yeah, thanks for posting a link to (some very rare) useful information from FPN. Generally speaking I only read the paper section and penmanship. Oddly enough I was so bored and lazy I could actually deal with all the attention grabbing avatars for a change. Usually I cringe and scroll through a post until I see a "friendly face". I think I've mapped out who is and isn't useful that way. There are some stellar people on FPN that make wading throught the crap seem worth it sometimes. matthew |
