EBAY RULES

I was checking out sellers rules to find something interesting.. If
I'm taking this right it's against ebay policy to sale Preprints...

Faces, Names & Signatures

Do not list an item containing the image, likeness, name, or
signature of another person unless the product was made or authorized by
that person.

Examples
The following items may not be listed on eBay:

a.. A key chain bearing a picture of a rock star (even if you
took the picture yourself at a concert)
b.. A scanned copy of an original picture of a baseball
player, which original was signed by that player
c.. A mouse pad bearing a picture of a movie star
d.. A CD containing pictures of a singer taken from various
sources on the Internet. (Even if you had permission to download the
pictures, you probably don't have the right to sell them for a profit.)
e.. A light switch cover bearing Garth Brooks' name



Warning
Listings violating eBay's Faces, Names, & Signatures Policy may
be ended early by eBay. Multiple violations of eBay's Faces, Names, &
Signatures Policy could result in the suspension of your account.

Funny, I've seen all these things. That Keychain thing is huge now
too... lots of them. The second one is the "proof" you guys sometimes
use, but not always signed... but why can't you use that? i don't see
why not. The only one I agree with is D but what's up with E?

I have seen Mousepads with Cathy Bach's likeness of "Daisy" being sold on
eBay. All "Dukes of Hazzard" images, etc. are owned by Warner Brothers
Studio.
