My Rock-Ola 448 just up and quit

My Rock-ola 448 has been working fine since I got it. Today I put in
all new records and started it up and it ran fine for about five songs,
then for some reason it just stopped dead half way through placing the
last record it played back in to the magazine. Looking at my manual it
looks like it could be the reverse relay or holding contact that has
gone bad, but I'm not sure. Anybody know what else could have caused
this to happen?
