Note that this only affects the MINIMUM insertion fee,
i.e., for lots with a Starting Price or Reserve Price
between 1c and 99c. Insertion fees for all other (higher)
Starting/Reserve Price levels remain unchanged.

(I believe that this announcement falls into the
"Big Fricken Whoop De Doo" category ...).

Worth at least $25-30/year to me. I ain't complaining, don't begrudge
them a profit.

I start most of my few auctions below $1.00 so it will affect me. I
saw the notice but didn't bother postponing the three auctions I
started last night. I could have saved 15 cents if only I had waited.

Yep, I wrote that. Too hasty on my part though, I just realized that
it is only for auctions starting at 99 cents or less. Oh well, I
thought I was going to save a few bucks. :- /
