Some people in the PCGS message boards were defending PCGS from the
things that Laura Sperber said, and they
were getting private messages from Sperber supporters to delete their
messages if they knew what was good for
them...just "a friendly message for your own well being." That sound
too much like a threat and many people took it
as such. They have really chilled peoples willingness to be open.
This is totally unacceptable.

Well, there aren't many of us old-timers left. The worst we have are
trolls, and they're starving since nobody's feeding them.

Laura Sperber's problem is a combination of ego and an untamed mouth. Maybe
she should think first. I suppose it's her ego that won't allow that. Laura
is her own worst enemy and a complete narcissist.

I've been a regular poster for 10+ years on the PCGS forums and I remember
her vile insults towards anyone who wasn't at her level. She has nothing but
contempt for the average collector and only cares about high dollar items
and buyers
of same.
