Default Curiosity Corner #311 Australian Air Mail Services 1930

Acknowledgement to "Flight"
as appeared in the "Australian Stamp News" January 1st 1930

Australia to London (via Karachi) 6d per half ounce,
additional 3d for Adelaide to Perth thence London.

Anyone with an Ulm FFC Brisbane to Sydney,
may note here, strong headwinds forced the plane down with damage,
37 kms from Kyogle
and the mail finished the trip via train.
