here's another one..
find a song or movie scene where autographs are mentioned or shown...
tell us the song title and the line in the song (or movie and scene..)
i'll go first..i'll give you a couple as examples...

stone temple pilots...big bang baby...
in the chorus, the bang sings "say there son, sign an autograph."

rolling stones.... satisfaction...
"when i'm on the road, and i'm doin' this and i'm signin' that.."

and in indiana jones and the last crusade...indy runs into hitler with
his father's notebook- they are using the book for connery's
clues...he runs into hitler and hitler signs his book...

it's that simple.

have fun,
mike

Does it have to specificly mention an autograph or is just signing something
enough? Such as Frampton's "Sign, Sealed, Delivered -- I'm Yours" nothing
is actually signed, or intended to be signed it's just a figure of speech.

Best,
Bill

This song, by The Monkees, is what inspired the name of my website.
While it mentions autograph collecting, there is innuendo, as most
60's songs contained. :-) It's a short song, so I'm posting the
entire lyrics:

STAR COLLECTOR

Think I'll let her keep on going
Where ever it is, she's goin', too.
Give her my autograph and tell her
It's been nice knowin' you.

CHORUS
She's a star collector (collector of stars)
She only aims to please young celebrities.
She's a star collector (collector of stars)
How can I love her, when I just don't respect her?

When everything is goin' my way,
She wants to be close at hand.
She moves to some other doorway
When things don't go the way she planned.

CHORUS

It won't take much time before I get her off my mind

CHORUS (repeat)

Sounds to me like she's an autograph seeker for a pretense of being a
slut groupie... who ends up being a notch on the belt as they forget
her and move on.
