Charlton Heston is dead at 84 years old.

he was really nice in person too, when i first moved to los angeles.
he even carried his own pen so he could sign for people. he was much
older and supposedly had parkinson's disease. sad day...but maybe now
his soul can feel better as i'm sure his body was going to hell for a
long time now.

Regardless of the NRA affiliation, I will remember him as Moses... and
that's a good way to remember.

I really liked him in "The Omega Man" and "The Planet of the Apes". I
got a great TTM of him
along with Kim Hunter from "The Planet of the Apes". I think I have
several other autographs of
Charlton Heston including a TLS.

I'll most remember him for playing Moses, and a bit for the Mad satire of
Planet of the Apes where they have him say, "Let my people go!" and an
onlooker comment, "Once he gets a hold of a good line he never lets go."
