Default Long Beach Coin Show Report

Hi all,

I went to the Long Beach Coin Show today (between 2:00 and 3:30 p.m).

Here were my findings.

1. Bring more buying power to the coin show. My coin budget was $2000,
but I only brought $1000 to the coin show. That limited by buying power
significantly. On the other hand, I have an extra $1000 in my budget to
spend on future purchases.

2. It is interesting to note the friendliness/attendance of dealers. I
find that many of the usual "snobbish" dealers were gone by my arrival
at 2:00 p.m. Most dealers were friendly. One dealer was eating lunch
when I said "hi" so I just passed him by. Like the Carl's Jr.
commercial, "Don't bother me, I'm eating" ...

Anyway, with my $1000, I bought myself an 1888 PCGS MS64RD Indian Cent
from Rick Snow. Nice red coin.

Thanks,

Mike
