Monaco Euros finally arrived!

Came USPS Priority Mail from Monaco. Looks like there was a return
receipt card on the envelope that was not returned, nor was a
signature requested...

My set finally arrived today in excellent condition.

White envelope with lots of stamps and threaded tape at one end with reply
card still attached

Picked my set up today at the post office. Since I maintain a USPS
post office box, I had to sign for the package (white envelope with
lots of stamps and threaded tape at one end), including the reply
card. Before she gave me the package, the clerk asked me if I had my
I.D. I didn't, but showed her the stack of mail I just retrieved from
my box, which is also where I got the notification card. Duh!

I think because it's a holiday weekend, they had the "reject" clerks
working today. I had a big argument the other clerk a couple of years
ago when trying to return some proof sets to the Mint back when they
had those prepaid return forms. He made me put the self-adhesive
return forms on the boxes before he would even handle them, then
started to process them and said that boxes being sent Registered Mail
had to be sealed with brown paper tape. Aaaaccckkkk!! He could see
the steam coming out of my ears and the daggers I was staring at him,
and he immediately backed up a couple of steps, held up his hands, and
said, "It's not my fault!" Gee, accused much?
